Private Sessions:
Full payment is due at the time of the first session. No refunds will be issued.

No-shows or missed sessions will not be rescheduled.
Mileage fees may apply, and will be communicated prior to the first session.
Vaccination Requirements:
Owners must provide proof of vaccinations, including rabies, before the first session.
Group Sessions:
A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to reserve your spot in a group class. This deposit is neither refundable nor transferable if you cancel.
Full payment for group classes is due before the first class.
Puppies:
Puppies aged 9 weeks to 5 months must have at least two distemper/parvo vaccinations prior to the first class. Bordetella vaccination is also required.
Puppies over 5 months must have Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations.
Copies of all vaccination records must be provided at the first class.
Adult Dogs:
All adult dogs must have proof of Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations.
Copies of vaccination records must be provided at the first class.
Class Expectations:
All adult dogs must be accustomed to being around other dogs outside their household and must not show any signs of aggression, such as growling or lunging, toward other dogs or people.
Dogs that are overly reactive in group settings may need to take private lessons first. If you are concerned about your dog's suitability for a group setting, we can arrange an evaluation prior to class.
Females in Season (Heat):
Females in season are allowed in class on a case-by-case basis. However, it may not be the optimal time for participation. If your female dog enters heat, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
If allowed to attend class, females in season may be required to wear a protective layer for sanitary purposes.
Grooming:
Dogs must be clean and free of debris while attending class.
Dogs should have no mats in their fur.
Nails must be kept at a reasonable length.
If a dog arrives with unkempt fur, excessive debris, or mats, the owner will be instructed to address the issue before the next session. If this persists for more than two sessions, the dog and owner may be asked to leave the class.
Bite History:
Dogs with a history of biting will not be permitted in group classes.
All prior bite history must be disclosed before any session begins.
In the event of a dog bite during a private or group session, the incident must be reported to the appropriate authorities.
